(for ALL girls) *Karaoke (during Princess Time) (for ALL girls) *A Princess Tiara (FOR ALL GIRLS) *Party with your Disney Princess - Full-hour of non-stop magic with YOUR FAVORITE Disney Princess that is guaranteed to entertain, delight, and distract party-goers of all ages.   Small gift for the birthday girl Interactive Storytime Photo opportunity with the character Coronation ceremony Happy Birthday song with the Princess  Princess Dancing and/or games - taught by our Princess  Princess "makeovers" ******The time for the party COULD be longer/shorter. It depends on the flow of services The party time is not based on anything other than services....once the services are completed and all activities completed, the party is over.   $700 plus tax There is a 10$ charge per girl if we have to remove nail polish from feet and hands.

Cancellation Policy

***COVID 19*** please read carefully! There are NO REFUNDS due to COVID. In the event our staff is infected and we need to quarantine, we will have to postpone your party....We will gladly reschedule your Party for a later date. We will accommodate you to the best of our ability and try to make the best of a bad situation....In the event you, your child, or your child's birthday party guest are sick, PLEASE do not come...WE WILL BE GLAD TO RESCHEDULE...... However, there are NO REFUNDS. We are a business and due to the pandemic, we cant refund for COVID 19** ***INCLEMENT WEATHER*** WE WILL RESCHEDULE YOUR PARTY- If there is an accumulation of snow expected, we will reschedule....if there is a tornado, we will reschedule....risk of life and safety for you and your guest, as well as the staff of Sugar Woogars Kids Spa is TOP priority. We will reschedule....THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. ** Single Service Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. You can request to reschedule of course but another deposit will be due to hold the spot for booking. ** A $75.00-$200 non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your Birthday Party. **Prices shown on this website are subject to change without notice. However, we will honor your party package price stated in your party agreement. ***EVERY PARTY requires a "Party Agreement* Signed and dated by Sugar Woogars Kids Spa and Client. Details of the agreement will be in writing. Party must be paid in full 7 days prior to event date. If not paid in full, Your party will be canceled and your deposit is non refundable. ***5 min. after your party is done, if you and your guests are still there we are going to charge you $5 a min. The same rule will apply if you come more then 2 minutes before your party starts. DO NOT COME TO YOUR PARTY EARLY. *** If you are more than 10 minutes late for your party, your party will be cancelled. Your money will NOT be returned. You will be able to re-schedule for another date as long as there is availability on our calendar. ***Sugar Woogars Kids Spa must be notified within 72 hours of cancellation to be eligible to reschedule your party. Rescheduled party dates will be based upon availability of the spa. All deposits are non-refundable. **** PLEASE MAKE SURE your child and your guest are not running through the spa....jumping on furniture, and that they don't use Sugar Woogars Kids Spa pillows and décor to have pillow fights, or rough housing behavior, YOU WILL BE responsible for any damage. *****PLEASE REMOVE ALL NAIL POLISH FROM FINGERS AND TOES OF THE GUEST BEING SERVICED. IF WE HAVE TO REMOVE NAIL POLISH, THERE IS A $10 CHARGE PER GIRL FOR EVERY GIRL WE REMOVE POLISH FROM. ********* Sugar Woogars Kids Spa Standard Photo Release For valuable consideration received, I grant *********Sugar Woogars Kids Spa the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any photographs that has been taken or may be taken of me or my child in which I may be included with others, to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration. I release and discharge from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photograph, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of the photographer, as well as the person(s) for whom the photographs were taken. I am a legally competent adult and have the right to contract in my name and that of my child. I have read this document and fully understand its contents. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. *********************IMPORTANT********************* *** Make sure all of your guest are on time. If they are late, it holds up the agenda and schedule. We will move forward with the party and services and depending on how late your guest are they may NOT be able to participate. We will NOT go back and start over, re-do, or add in those that are late.
